At Misoé we take pride in crafting high-quality fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. Returns must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order
• Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or style, we are happy to exchange your item within 2 days of receiving your order. Please note that additional delivery fees will apply for the shipment of the replacement item.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

• All orders are processed within 3-6 business days.
